Jonathan discovered his passion for restoring people’s homes and improving their lives when he started working in the restoration industry when Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005. Since then, he has been in the carpet cleaning, repair and restoration industry. He thrives on bringing carpet and furniture back to life so you can fully enjoy your cleaner and healthier home.

I had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish. The booking process was super easy. Two technicians showed up for the job and they did amazing work! My carpet that had stains and a piece of gum, looked brand new when they left. I would definitely highly recommend this company, and I will use them again.

Arranged time prior to them coming out. Was giving a time frame that they would be coming to my place between 2:30pm to 4:30pm. I moved all of my belongings out both rooms so they could work. 4:30pm hit, no one in sight. 4:32pm no one in sight. Called to see what was going on. Made excuses about the rain, then how far their business is. Then after Representative checked the status, they went back to their previous job to clean dog poop. By the time they got to my location, I was upset. The guy let me know what he had to do. Then when he came inside he let me know that he would not be able to make the carpet color match if he cleans it and for the damaged carpet. He would not be able to provide the same color. Even though I laughed and joked with the guy. I was highly upset and it was a waste of my time. I purposefully worked remote to accommodate this company and moved everything out the rooms so they could do their jobs. I appreciated the persons honesty but I am starting to notice vendors are getting lazier by the day. It is a shame because the company has so many good reviews. Honestly, you all should pay me for your tardiness at $3 for every minute you all were late. Future customers I do recommend charging this company and any other company a late fee per minute they are tardy to your appointment. I know not to recommend this company, first impression is my last impression. You all knew what the weather was going to be and you all know the distance between my apartment and your office. None of those items should have been used for an excuse.

The carpet cleaners were very professional and arrived during the scheduled time. They worked for many hours to clean and repair our carpet. We utilized the multiple room treatment and steam cleaning, enzyme treatment, and carpet repair. Our carpet looks and smells fresh again!

Revive has great communication systems in place. You get a text letting you know when the driver is en route to your house. He then calls you when he arrives. He does things above just the carpet cleaning equipment, I had a place where the carpet was pulling away from a place where it is supposed to go up against the tile leading into a bathroom. He was able to re-stretch it back in place. And I had a place I didn’t see where one of my kids got gum in their room floor. He worked out the gum and then continued cleaning the floor. These guys are the best!

$100 cheaper than Stanley Steamer and included more rooms. They arrived on time, we’re very professional, moved some smaller items out of the way to get the carpet. They cleaned a couple tiny closets for free. The carpet was very clean after. I’ll definitely call Revive again.

I wanted all of the carpets in my new house cleaned before I moved in since the previous owners had 2 dogs. The technician was friendly, neat, and professional and explained the process thoroughly. He cleaned the entire house, leaving the carpets fresh, neat, and spotless! Great service!

Jonathan came out to our townhouse and cleaned our carpeted steps... and let me tell you—they look practically BRAND NEW for 15 year old carpet! He was very professional from the second my husband gave him a call. He gave us text updates and was here at the time he said he was going to be. He gave us an estimate but he ended up charging us less than that! Full service Carpet cleaning and repair company. We had several issues with our carpet. Johnathan was able to address all our needs. Repaired two areas that were damaged.Clean all our carpet and referred us to a reasonable replacement carpet dealer that handled our stair case carpet issues! Very professional! Owner is just a great human being and business person. Johnathan truly cares about his customer and his craft. We had our carpet Stretched (which was in very bad shape). Since we are having movers come tomorrow the best idea it to wait until next week to get our carpets cleaned. Can’t wait to get our carpet cleaned really good.

I am very pleased with the carpet stretching and cleaning service provided. There was a stubborn stain in my carpet that kept coming back from underneath the carpet. I needed to have my carpet stretched and cleaned. Jonathan scheduled our carpet cleaning and stretching very quickly to meet our schedule. He was on time and did a fantastic job. He stretched and cut our existing carpet; which had horrible ripples. He cleaned and vacuumed where he cut off the excess. Very professional and thoughtful. I highly recommend Jonathan for your carpet needs.

We've used Revive for all of our carpet and upholstery needs since they began & have always had the best experience, but I HAD to share my most recent experience. I purchased an antique piece of furniture over the weekend, and was able to get them out within the same day of calling to do a fabric test and see how we could get it cleaned safely. Once determined how we could clean, he had Matt come out the next day for a thorough cleaning. On time and very professional. The results are just incredible. The couch looks and smells amazing. So impressed! 5 stars!!

Great experience overall! From booking to the actual service. No complaints. Very affordable as well. In the past I've rented the machine from Home Depot to try and save but it is not worth it. After all the time and effort plus taking in account the carpets don't get nearly as clean as when a professional does it, I will never do that again. Will be using Jonathan and his team again! Thanks guys!!

I just wanted to say thank you to Johnathan and the crew for the great job they did. With everyone being at home so much more this year, my new couch looked dingy and years old. They did a great job restoring it to almost new:) They have wonderful customer service and are dedicated to doing the job right. They are prompt, trustworthy and quick.
